The material is really fantastic - it actually feels soft and smooth unlike the usual ones that feels like hard and rough/sharp plastic. I have thick hair and the claw still holds up well.

I received my order yesterday and I tried on the barette today. I used it to tie half and it holds up the hair well. Hair doesn't fall all over the face and the best thing is it doesn't leave an ugly line on the hair after wearing for few hours!!! Hair is still as smooth like I never tie my hair at all. Love it!!
