If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via email to within 14 days of receiving your order.

If there are missing/wrong items in your order, please keep all the items in their original packaging (with boxes) and send us photos of the parcel, the order slip on the box, and photos of the contents inside the box within 14 days of receiving your order - this is to facilitate verification of the mistake on our end, and to avoid disputes.

We apologize in advance for being unable to provide any compensations or exchanges should the above photos not be provided or the items are not within their original packaging within the given time frame.
