Welcome to fayrebeauty.co (the "Site"), operated by Velour Pte. Ltd. ("Fayre Beauty", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Singapore (GST Registration Number 201832775E). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchases you make from us.

By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices on the Site are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including images, descriptions and pricing. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from images shown due to display settings or product batch variations, as many of our silk products are handmade in small batches.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors, and to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household or order.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.
Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and its integrated payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a refund, substitute, or delay.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Singapore. Free local courier delivery is provided for orders above S$75 (S$120 during sale period), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery is fulfilled through our logistics partners (GoGenie and SF Express). Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All sales are final and strictly non-refundable, except in the case of a genuine product defect.

If you experience a problem with your order, please refer to our full Exchange Policy for the process and timeframes (including the 14-day reporting window and photo verification requirements) that apply to defect and missing/wrong item claims.

6. Discount Codes, Promotions and Gift Cards

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period and conditions stated, are not stackable unless explicitly stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Fayre Beauty Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased and they expire in 1 year's time from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at our discretion.

7. Account and Loyalty Programme

If you create an account or join our loyalty programme, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and the Fayre Beauty name and branding, is the property of Velour Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Customer Reviews and User Content

If you submit a product review or other content to the Site (including through our review platform), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is your own, truthful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including fraudulent orders
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the Site's operation
Copy, scrape, or misuse our content or product data for commercial purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fayre Beauty and Velour Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from misuse of a product contrary to its instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fayre Beauty and Velour Pte. Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Third-Party Marketplaces

If you purchase Fayre Beauty products through a third-party marketplace (such as Shopee, TikTok Shop or KrisShop), the terms and policies of that marketplace will also apply to your purchase, in addition to any product-specific terms stated here.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
