Why is a bristle missing from the brush? The paddle brush is designed with one bristle missing at the bottom to provide ventilation and aid drainage after washing. This is not a manufacturing error and does not affect the quality or function of the brush.
How do I care for the brush? Do not soak the brush in water. Keep it dry as much as possible and avoid leaving it in the shower, as this compromises and damages the wood. To clean, dip the bristles in water, then use a toothbrush to scrub between the bristles and the brush pad. We recommend changing your hair brush once every 9-12 months, depending on product build-up.
